Why we use it:
Using a professional third-party host is necessary to ensure our website is secure, fast, and reliable. We have a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in place with Hetzner to ensure they protect your data.

What is recorded:
Hetzner automatically collects server log files when you visit. This includes your IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, and timestamp. This data is necessary for technical troubleshooting and security (e.g., to prevent attacks). It is not merged with other data sources.

3. Analytics (Plausible)

We use Plausible Analytics to understand trends in our website traffic. The provider is Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia.

Privacy-First Approach:
Plausible does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. It collects basic information (IP address and User Agent) which is immediately anonymized using a daily rotating hash. This means no personal data is permanently stored, and individual visitors cannot be identified over time.

Why we use it:
We have a legitimate business interest in understanding how our website is performing to improve our content and user experience. Since the data is anonymized and no cookies are set, this does not require a consent banner.
